My dad bought a box set off the TV back in the early 70's of Creedence Clearwater Revival and as soon as I listened I ran and grabbed my toy guitar and tried to play along. Loved it.
It's hard to believe CCR grew up in San Francisco and never really got around to see what life is really like in Delta land untill years later. They nailed that music like they wrote it with their feet stuck in Mississippi mud.
