Can you name this cartoon for me?
For some inexplicable reason a memory of a show popped into my head and I've been racking my brains trying to figure out the name of it. It aired sometime in the early to mid 90's on Fox Kids and was about a group of people who were all mutated by some weird accident into super-heroes. The only striking detail I can remember about this show is that one of the main male superheroes' tool box was also transformed into a hero. His head was in the shape of a hammer (which he used as a weapon) and he rolled around on wheels. And I'm not too sure but I think the female heroine had some kind of electric power. The show was only aired once (or twice maybe but I know it never blossomed into a series) and I never heard of it again. Any help would be awesome as I am all out of ibuprofen.
